In summer 2025, I designed and led a two-week animation workshop at TUMO Yerevan for 22 young participants aged 13 to 22. Inspired by the work and aesthetics of Sergei Paradjanov, we developed and produced a collaborative short film under the theme Bringing a Museum to Life. The project began with a pixilation shoot at the Paradjanov Museum in Yerevan and continued through a full postproduction pipeline including compositing, additional animation, and sound design.
Throughout the workshop, participants explored the foundations of animation, from core principles to storytelling techniques, and applied them in a hands-on, production-oriented setting. It was an amazing experience to see such a high level of commitment, creativity, and growth in such a short amount of time.
